Align on the day
You complete a short intake questionnaire before the workshop. I review it with the key stakeholder in a 30-minute alignment call, form an early read, and agree on the priorities and agenda for the session.
Work OS Blueprint is a full-day, in-person workshop for consultancy leaders and practitioners. Together, we examine your recurring work, experience what an AI-native Work OS could look like, and align on where to begin and who should be involved.
THE ADVICE PROBLEM
Most AI engagements begin with a strategic AI session. I work across strategy, the business behind the work, and the technology that supports it, grounded in hands-on AI practice. That combination is rare to find together.
Strategy, demonstrations, and tool advice alone cannot show where AI belongs in the work your business already does. Blueprint closes that gap by giving your team a practical way to examine the decision together.
THE BLUEPRINT WORKSHOP
You complete a short intake questionnaire before the workshop. I review it with the key stakeholder in a 30-minute alignment call, form an early read, and agree on the priorities and agenda for the session.
We use a light Work OS to run workflows with relevant business context and real examples of recurring consultancy work. This gives your team a practical view of what AI-native work could look like in your business, including its limits.
Bring questions from the business, delivery, operations, or IT side of the consultancy. I can show specific examples from the 100+ workflows I build and use, explain what they make possible, and share relevant patterns from customer work.
We examine repetitive jobs across proposals, project management, research, deliverables, and internal knowledge.
The focus is on work that is context-heavy or depends on a few people, and where an AI-native workflow could create practical value.
The team discusses which workflows are worth exploring, who should be involved, and whether each opportunity belongs in a Work OS, an existing system, another process, or with a person.
The session ends with an aligned view of the most useful next step.
After the workshop, I produce a written audit of the discussions, workflow opportunities, people and functions involved, constraints, placement decisions, and recommended next step. We review it together in a 30-minute sponsor debrief.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
By the end of the day, you have practical answers to the questions a strategy session cannot settle: what AI can do in your business, where it belongs, where it does not, and what to examine next.
The repetitive client, delivery, proposal, and internal jobs worth exploring first.
The roles closest to the work, context, and decisions.
Basic questions answered from practical experience: what AI can do in your business, when to use it, and when not to.
A real workflow run with business context, showing what AI-native work can look like when applied to your business.
What is worth exploring next, with the reasoning behind it.
NEXT STEP
Before building AI Practitioner Circle, I spent 12 years at Salesforce advising customers on business strategy, enterprise software, implementation, and business-process automation. Today, I build and use the Work OS every day across more than 100 workflows.
Book a call and bring the questions you cannot answer from a strategy deck or a generic AI session. We can discuss whether Work OS Blueprint is the right way to examine them together.
